Working together to create an inviting oasis on the corner of Warner and Rural.
The Saint James landscape beautification project was thoughtfully named Compostela Garden, reminding us all of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela which honors our patron, Saint James the Apostle. Compostela Garden, when complete, includes an updated irrigation system, tree-lined property, shaded courtyard and parking areas with native and pollinator-friendly plants.
Shrubs, additional trees, and ground cover completes our goal of creating a serene and inspiring outdoor environment for worship and fellowship.

The total fundraising goal is $60,000, to be completed in three phases by the end of February 2026. Phase one is complete and Phase two is underway. During phase two we will plant an additional 31 trees on our property, including: 10 Italian Cypress, 4 Fruitless Russian Olive, and 17 Acacia Willow trees. A tree can be sponsored for $400 and includes a personalized memorial brick.
